Java Cigars: Maduro vs Mint vs Red - Which Flavor Wins?

Java - made for Rocky Patel by Drew Estate - is the rare infused cigar that serious smokers admit to enjoying. The base is real premium tobacco; the infusion is coffeehouse, not candy shop. Three flavors dominate the line, and "which one?" is a daily question at our counters.

Java Maduro - the original

Brazilian maduro wrapper, dark-roast espresso, bittersweet cocoa and vanilla. It smells like a café and smokes smooth and mild. If you drink your coffee black, start here - it's the most "cigar-like" of the three.

Java Mint - the after-dinner one

The same chocolate-espresso core with a ribbon of cool peppermint. Think thin-mint cookie in cigar form. It's the most giftable cigar we stock, and the one non-smokers comment on - pleasantly - from across the patio.

Java Red - the sweet tooth

A brighter Ecuadorian Habano wrapper with cherry-cordial sweetness over the coffee base. Dessert-forward and dangerously easy.
